By using pockly.uk or any of its subdomains (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

Pockly provides free, browser-based utilities for text, JSON, images, URLs, calculations, and personal productivity. The tools are provided as-is for personal and professional use. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to process unlawful content;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
  • scrape or programmatically abuse the Site in a way that degrades it for other users.

3. Your content

Content you process with the tools (text, images, JSON, notes, tasks) remains yours. Most tools process content locally in your browser and never transmit it to us. For tools with optional accounts, you grant us only the technical rights needed to store and return your content to you.

4. Accounts

Some tools offer optional accounts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time via the contact page.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any tool is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Always verify results that matter — for example, generated passwords, converted data, or calculations — before relying on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pockly and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

7. Advertising

The Site displays third-party advertising, which keeps the tools free. Ad content is provided by advertising partners and does not constitute an endorsement by Pockly. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
